Buenas noticias para la lucha contra la piratería. Install0us anuncia que dejará de funcionar, a fin de evitar juicios por parte de Apple o los desarrolladores de aplicaciones.
En resumen, el post, más que nada, dice esto:
These forums will close, and repositories too. Just a few more weeks, and everything will be shut down and deleted.
Install0us v2.5 has already been unleashed to you, and it will continue to run. We cannot do anything about it, so be happy!
The bad news is, however, Install0us 3 will not and cannot ever be released. It all must end here. This is extremely disappointing for all of us, considering the time and energy we have spent on it.
Soon after, the server behind Install0us 3 will also be shut down. We are very sorry, beta testers.
Aunque la versión 2.5 de Install0us siga activa, eventualmente no tendrá utilidad con aplicaciones o un OS moderno. De seguro algo nuevo saldrá a seguir dando batalla, pero la caída de Install0us, (incluyendo su código) deja más en claro el riesgo legal que uno enfrenta al alistarse en estos proyectos.
